I am a licensed professional counselor providing individual, couples, and family therapy.   In addition, to receiving my Master’s degree in Counseling, I have also received post graduate degree training in marriage and family therapy from the Denver Family Institute.  My training and supervision involve working with couples and families to strengthen and increase communication, connection, and attachment.  By being a solution focused/solution oriented therapist we will work together in a collaborative and systemic approach to create and foster healthy and productive change.

In addition, to providing therapy services I also offer pre-marital classes and also new parenting classes including Love and Logic.  These workshops and classes are offered on a quarterly basis.  Please contact me with any further questions or details

In my therapy practice, sexual treatment is treated with the sensitivity, understanding, and compassion it deserves.  Talking about sexual difficulties whether it’s sexual functioning, or sexual addiction is often hard and embarrassing.  My priority will be to remove the stigma and shame associated with these conditions in order to promote dialogue, healing, and recovery.  I also offer therapeutic classes and group therapy to overcome pornography addiction.  Please note- sex therapy is to talk about concerns, and is not in any way associated with or involve in any nudity or sexual contact between the therapist and client or between clients.
